Matt O'Connor - Chairman of the Board
Matt is Chairman of the Board and Co-owner of American Jebco. He graduated from the Georgetown University School of Business in 1976, and became a CPA later that year. After working in public accounting, Matt purchased Jebco Screw and Rivet in 1976. He has purchased several fastener manufacturing companies over the years, all of which are now consolidated as American Jebco Corporation. As a father of six, Matt is and experienced triathlete and has a great interest in music. His main focus at the Company is in sales.
Pete O'Connor - President and QC Manager
Pete started at American Jebco in 2008, and became President and co-owner in 2019. As part of his responsibilities, Pete is in charge of plant operations with a primary focus on safety and quality control. Pete graduated from University of Portland with a BA in Global Business. Pete enjoys excercising and playing sports in his spare time.
Eddie O'Connor - Vice President - Sales and Administration
Jeff Kaup - Customer Service/Shipping
Eddie is the newest member of the management team, serving as the Vice President of Sales and Administration. With almost a decade of inside and outside sales experience, Eddie is tasked with generating new business as well as cultivating current customers. Eddie graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University Rose Hill in New York. Outside of work he enjoys playing hockey and music.
As American Jebco's Customer Service Manager, Jeff is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, Jeff maintains contact with customers to ensure accurate quotes and orders as well as assists in plant meetings to ensure rapid deliveries. Jeff graduated from Marquette University with a BA in History. In his free time, Jeff enjoys fishing and spending time with friends.
Michelle Saulsberry - Customer Service and Office Admin
Kent Coffman - Director of Operations
Michelle has been with us for 13 years as a Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant. Her experience at AJC includes customer service, bookkeeping and quoting. Michelle is mainly responsible for making sure all customer’s need are met. She enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her family.
Kent has been with us for 3-1/2 years and brings with him 28 years of Cold Heading practices. His background including tool design, tool making, thread rolling, trouble shooting all areas of manufacturing and supervision. He is our Director of Operations and responsible for ensuring the use of the latest practices in maintaining good quality and tool longevity for the overall performance of the production areas. Kent enjoys remodeling and updating the home and weekend getaways camping and traveling.
